ERA Live Moore Real Estate Hosts “Your Path to Creating Generational Wealth: A Homeownership Connection Event.”

Charlotte, NC (September 22nd, 2022) — ERA Live Moore Real Estate, the number one ERA real estate company in the Carolinas, today announced “Your Path to Creating Generational Wealth: A Homeownership Connection Event.” This event is focused on sustainable wealth-building approaches through real estate, investments, estate planning, insurance, and other tools that assist in closing the racial wealth gap, primarily impacting minority investors and homebuyers.  This event will take place on September 29th, from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at ERA Live Moore’s South Park Training Center at 5950 Fairview Road, and will cover a range of topics from financial planning, mortgage lending, first-time homebuying, and estate planning.

“Your Path to Creating Generational Wealth” is presented by ERA Live Moore Real Estate, the leading ERA Real Estate company in the Carolinas. In addition to the September 29th event, two events are planned in October (27th) and November (17th) 2022. Each “Your Path to Creating Generational Wealth” event features the knowledge and expertise of a panel of experts in their respective fields––from mortgage lending and financial planning to real estate and law.

Speaking about the upcoming September 29th event, ERA Live Moore Real Estate Broker-In-Charge, Tommy Hill said, “These workshops are a great way to gain a better understanding of the practical approaches to closing the racial wealth gap. Those who attend our event will have the unique opportunity to create their custom roadmap that includes a portfolio of approaches directly addressing the racial wealth gap via homeownership, investment opportunities, financial planning, estate planning, and insurance; all key wealth-building approaches that directly combat the racial wealth gap.”

ERA Live Moore Real Estate Qualifying Broker and Owner, Tania Moore added, “Providing user-friendly and accessible consumer-focused education opportunities demonstrates our straightforward approach to assisting prospective homeowners and working to break down the barriers that have existed for generations, severely tipping the scale of economic prosperity away from people of color. Based on the success of our similar summer events during 2022, we are excited to provide information that is practical, informative, and respectful of the journey each prospective homebuyer has taken.” She added, “We host many consumer-facing events at ERA Live Moore, but this one is especially meaningful given today’s competitive real estate market and the barriers to homeownership and acquiring wealth that often disproportionally affect minorities and people of color. Together with our team of experts, we can demystify the process and help individuals, families, and communities build sustainable wealth through real estate education, mortgage lending, financial planning, investment training, and law.”
