Some partnerships feel new. This one feels like coming home.

ERA Live Moore is proud to welcome Blue Door Group Real Estate to our family. Moving forward, the firm will operate as Blue Door Group Real Estate, an ERA Live Moore Company. It keeps the local name its agents and clients in Greater Winston-Salem know and trust, now with the resources of the ERA Live Moore network behind it.

Where the story started

In 2016, Eb Moore hand-picked Jodi Tate to launch ERA Live Moore’s Winston-Salem office. He knew from the start that she hoped to build her own company one day. After significantly growing that office’s agent base, Jodi founded Blue Door Group in 2020, with Eb and Tania’s full support.

Blue Door Group quickly became an established name in the community. Jodi built a strong leadership team in Henry Beeson, Elizabeth Nance, Julie Campbell and Billy Bjorklund, all of whom put real weight on their connection with agents and with the community. Over time, Jodi also developed a specialty in new home development, bringing marketing and builder services expertise to small and mid-sized developers.

Why now

As the industry evolved and Winston-Salem kept growing, Jodi saw firsthand how much a small firm has to carry on its own. When Eb and Tania asked her about coming back, she saw the opportunity right away. Her agents gain the professional support and development that come with the ERA Live Moore brand. Jodi gains the chance to build a new builder services line of business for ERA Live Moore, drawing on the expertise she has spent years developing.

At the heart of it is a belief both companies have always shared. Agents are the backbone of a brokerage, and when they have the right culture, coaching, tools and resources behind them, they elevate both their own business and the way they serve their clients.

Moving forward, the brokerage will operate as Blue Door Group Real Estate, an ERA Live Moore Company, preserving its trusted local identity while connecting agents and clients to the expanded resources of the ERA Live Moore network.

Blue Door Group Real Estate was founded in 2020 by Jodi Tate, who is no stranger to ERA Live Moore: in 2016, ERA Live Moore owner Eb hand-picked her to launch their Winston Salem office, knowing that one day she wanted to establish her own company. After significantly expanding the ERA office’s agent base, she started Blue Door group in 2020 with Eb and Tania’s full support. The firm quickly became an established player in the community with a talented leadership team comprised of Henry Beeson, Elizabeth Nance, Julie Campbell and Billy Bjorklund, who all embrace the importance of connection with their agents and their community. Over the next few years, Jodi developed a specialty in new home development, offering expertise in marketing and builder services to small to medium sized developers.
