Brookelynn previously served as Vice President of Relocation and Business Development, where she helped shape and strengthen the brokerage’s relocation program and growth partnerships across North Carolina and beyond.

In her new role, Cardenas will focus on driving strategic growth for ERA Live Moore by identifying new opportunities, expanding partnerships, and strengthening the systems and relationships that support the company’s agents and clients. She will focus on developing key growth channels while continuing to lead a team of professionals across e-leads, relocation, and business development.

Since joining ERA Live Moore in late 2023

Brookelynn has played a central role in expanding the firm’s relocation presence and building trusted relationships with national relocation partners and referral networks. Under her leadership, the company has grown its ability to serve clients relocating to and from the Carolinas while creating meaningful opportunities for highly qualified ERA Live Moore agents to work with vetted relocation clients.

Through careful oversight and agent development, Brookelynn and her team have helped ensure that relocation clients are matched with experienced agents who are equipped to deliver exceptional service. Her department has also provided a consistent stream of high-quality opportunities for agents who meet the performance and production standards required to represent relocation clients.

She has played a key role in introducing and expanding the Ninja Selling philosophy within the ERA Live Moore organization, helping agents build more relationship-driven, sustainable businesses while elevating the company’s overall service standards as a Ninja Selling excellence organization. In addition, she has supported agents with systems, coaching, and resources designed to help them grow their businesses with intention and consistency. Her collaborative leadership style has earned the trust of both colleagues and industry partners alike.
