Originally from Ohio, Sean and his wife, fellow broker Allison Krivatch, purchased a second home in Asheville 15 years ago while working in St. Thomas. Drawn to the Blue Ridge lifestyle, they made it their primary residence, building lasting connections in the community. Beyond real estate, Sean is a certified fine arts and antiques appraiser and an active supporter of various charitable organizations, including the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands and the St. Thomas Historical Trust.
