Marc Kieffer, has extensive experience in several fields, from hospitality to industrial, that have aided in adding to his success in Commercial Real Estate.
He holds a degree from Rochester Institute of Technology for Hotel and Restaurant Management. This led to managing and owning a number of restaurants throughout the years. When he first received his Commercial Brokers License, it was suggested that he work hospitality businesses, since he knew what it's like to be the client, he could help others achieve their goals. Since working with restaurants, coffee bars, breweries, wine bars, and beer gardens, and because he knows the industry, he can often help above and beyond with other things like helping find architects, builders, navigating paperwork and helping to get licenses.
After leaving hospitality, he worked in manufacturing in large Commercial and Packaging Print shops. Marc has learned about layouts, power requirements, floor support, and equipment layout that have come to help him in Industrial Manufacturing. Especially during Covid, when restaurant type business weren't opening, he began to
move into the Industrial area of Commercial Real Estate. He's worked with gun manufacturers, asphalt suppliers, roofing companies, cable companies, chemical producers and flooring installers. All have helped to expand into a second area of expertise.
Marc has taken taken in other types of work as well- retail hair salons, Commercial investors and developers, interior designers, car dealerships, urgent care centers, doctors offices, churches, preschools, and nonprofits, are all groups he's worked with.
Marc can work either side of a deal whether it's with a buyer/leaser , or seller/ landlord. He can help you to achieve your goals.
