Like many who visit and later call this area home, Kim's journey to Asheville began with a family summer vacation over 20 years ago. That visit inspired the construction of a vacation home in Maggie Valley, which soon became their favorite retreat. After five years of frequent visits, Kim and her husband made the life-changing decision to relocate permanently from Tampa, Florida, to the Asheville area. With several years of experience working as a commercial property manager for a prominent developer in Tampa-and her husband being a residential home builder-Kim was excited to dive back into the real estate industry full-time.
Beyond real estate, Kim finds joy in spending time outdoors on her mini-farm, where she cares for her horse, Lily, two lively mini-donkeys, Thelma and Louise, and her beloved dogs. These animals, along with the peaceful rhythms of farm life, provide her with joy and balance.
