Begging his real estate career in 2019, Kevin specialized in the sale of new construction homes with an average price point of $1 million. HE managed various aspects of community sales, signage, project development, new prospects, and networking events. Working closely with developers, builders, project managers, and subcontractors, Kevin oversaw all phases of the construction process. He also researched, negotiated and acquired time management, and customer satisfaction.
An energetic and competitive real estate advisor, Kevin can inspire and motivate team members while successfully managing multiple properties. He preforms well under pressure in fast paced and rapidly changing environments.
Kevin is a member of the Land of the Sky Association. Currently he resides in Fletcher, where he enjoys woodworking and crafting wild-edge furniture, as well as boating, fishing, whitewater rafting, and downhill skiing in his leisure time.
