Jordan Googe and Googe Realty Advisors are excited to join ERA Live Moore with a focus in commercial & investment brokerage, & property management. Prior to joining ERA Live Moore, Jordan practiced real estate since 2014 and spent the last five years in commercial brokerage and property management with a management footprint of over 350 properties in NC from Albemarle to the Forest City/ Rutherfordton area. Since 2007 he has been actively engaged in economic development in North Carolina, as an economic development project manager, legislative coordinator, and advocate for economic investment and economic diversification.
During his tenure with Davidson County Economic Development Commission, they were awarded #1 Micropolitan Economic Development Organization in America (2007 & 2010), & Ranked in Top 10 Economic Development Organizations Overall in North America (2010). Total announced investment from 2007-2012 was $680,287,869 with 8,048 jobs announced.
Jordan graduated from High Point University with a BFA in Performance Theatre, studied filmmaking at UNC School of the Arts, and completed the economic development certificate at UNC Chapel Hill School of Government.
Jordan currently serves on the WSRAR Realtors Commercial Alliance Board of Directors, WSRAR Realtor Party (RPAC), and is a Fellow with the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership. He currently serves as NC Realtors State Political Coordinator for Rep. Larry Potts, NC House 81, and was named WSRAR Rising Star of the Year in 2017.
Jordan's community engagement spans over 3 decades. Since 2017 he has served on the Board of Directors for Authoring Action, including two years as Board Chair in 2019 & 2020. He serves on the Board of Directors for The Little Theatre of Winston Salem, Board of Directors of Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership North Carolina West, which he led the initiative to reestablish as its own independent organization and served 3 years as HOBY NC West Leadership Seminar Chair. Jordan also volunteers with HOBY Virginia, HOBY NC East, and on the national level.
Jordan is a member of Leadership Winston Salem Class of 2021. His LWS Action Learning Team worked with SG Atkins Community Development Corporation to develop a set of actionable items to foster home ownership in traditionally underserved communities. He is an active member of Elks Lodge #449 and Winston Salem Rotary. Jordan was honored to be named Winston Salem Ambassadors inaugural Board Chair in 2017, RiverRun International Film Festival Volunteer of the Year in 2016, and was named both Junior Chamber International Senator #70375 and NC Junior Chamber Lifetime Senator #207.
Jordan is excited to work with fellow ERA brokers to build the commercial branch of the company across North Carolina. Together we can stay engaged in economic investment throughout the state and keep commercial referrals inside the company to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved as we work together towards a prosperous North Carolina.
